Main Home Screen

The home screen is separated into three small sections.  The far left bar, 'Views' is used to travel to different major areas of the software: Contacts, Inventory, Deals, Accounts, Reports, and Home. 

The second section, 'Getting Started', is used for inputting data and navigating to the main Centers of the software:  Inventory Center, Contact Center, Deal Center, and Print Center.  There are also additional actions you can take from the Getting Started Menu.

The third section is the main 'Welcome' screen which offers news items, information on updates, previously entered deals, and a 'Tasks and Appointments' section.

This is the first screen of entering in a new vehicle.  After you enter the VIN number our built-in VIN decoder will decode the vehicle's year, make, model, body style, type of fuel, drive line, and engine description.

Other information to enter is stock number, mileage, and color of the vehicle.  You can also mark the status of each vehicle as 'ready for sale', 'needs data updating', 'not ready for sale'.

The listing information screen is great for marketing your vehicles internally and through different website services.  List the vehicle's features and options, asking price, down payment, and additional notes.  Included in the software is the entire EPA Miles Per Gallon database to give you specific MPG data on the vehicle you have added. 

Once this information has been added you will be able to print window stickers, email this information out, and even send it to different marketing sites (autotrader, cars.com, etc.) and your personal website (www.k3auto.com). 

This easy to use expense screen is very popular amongst our current dealers using the software.  Enter in detailed expenses on each vehicle.  Easily see each itemized expense listed or print a report with all expenses laid out. 

Total Expenses plus Vehicle Cost automatically calculate to give you your Total In Vehicle amount. 

Easily print the FTC Buyer's Guide at time of 'stock in'.  Save up to 3 presets for different available warranties and service contracts.  Once you fill out the Buyer's Guide info on the screen you have the option to print a Plain Paper Buyer's Guide, Dot Matrix Buyer's Guide, or a Plain Paper Spanish Buyer's Guide.

Save and store up to 99 pictures of each vehicle in your inventory.  Adding pictures from your camera has never been so easy.  Select ALL pictures from file at the same time and they will all load into the software in order!  This new feature allows even the novice computer user with the ability to quickly add vehicle pictures. 

NEW!  You may also use this screen to store a SCANNED COPY OF THE TITLE!  If you have a scanner connected to the printer you can easily scan any image for the vehicle...title, registration card, auction slip, etc. 

When inputting a vehicle the last screen you will come to is a Compliance Assessment.  Our software automatically checks the data you have input and looks for discrepancies with state and federal laws that you may have overlooked when entering the data. 

The software is only as good as the information you provide but we have added this extra feature to help catch what we can as well.  No other software has this type of sophisticated technology!
